(1) I can provide documentary proof demonstrating that I am enrolled as a full-time student in a school offering a formal curriculum in Hong Kong recognised by the EDB for the one-year period note ending on 31 May in the year in which my respective programme begins, and that I have completed enrollment on or before 15 September 2026.
本人能提供有效證明文件，顯示自己在計至所修讀課程開課當年的5月31日為止的一年期內以全日制學生身分在教育局認可於本港開辦正規課程的學校就讀，並於2026年9月15日或之前完成入學。
(2) If I am unable to provide the documentary proof mentioned in item (1) above, I should apply to the Immigration Department of the HKSAR for a Statement of Travel Records covering the one-year period from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027 to demonstrate that I am not absent from Hong Kong for a maximum of 90 days during this period.
若本人未能提供上述第 (1) 項所述之證明文件，申請人須提交向香港特區入境事務處申領涵蓋由2026年6月1日至2027年5月31日期間的出入境紀錄證明 ，以顯示申請人在該段一年期內，不多於90天不在香港。

Remarks: If I do not meet the above (1) or (2) requirements and/or unable to provide valid documentary proof, I understand I have to pay non-local fee scheme without government subsidies.
若本人未能符合上述第 (1)或(2) 項要求，及／或未能提供有效的證明文件，本人明白須按非本地生學費標準繳交學費，且不獲政府資助。

Remarks : Applicants holding dependant visa/entry permit who were 18 years old or above when they were first issued with such visa/entry permit by the Immigration Depatment of the HKSAR are regarded as non-local applicants.

  1. I declare that all the information given in this form is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that provision of any false or misleading information shall lead to DISQUALIFICATION of application without notice and CANCELLATION of registration. University will refer any instances of suspected admission fraud matters to the law enforcement authorities and reserves the right to take other actions. Under such circumstances, all fees paid will not be refundable or transferable.
  2. I understand that the information contained in this form will be used for processing my application for admission to Saint Francis University.
  3. I also understand that once being enrolled in a programme, the relevant information will become part of my student record and will be used for all purposes relating to my studies.
  4. I acknowledge that University reserves the right to cancel any programmes and revise the programme contents, if necessary, without prior notice.
  5. University will use the personal information provided in your application to obtain the HKDSE results from the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, and/or obtain information from relevant institutions about your candidature in public examinations and studies in institutions in Hong Kong or elsewhere.
  6. It is the applicant's responsibility to complete qualification verification in any forms as requested by the University. I understand I am required to request official proofs from the relevant authorities for the University's qualification verification purpose. The University reserves the right to require applicants/students to rearrange qualification verification (e.g. submission of transcript etc.) in a specified format if deemed necessary.
